Une Olive en Provence is from Maussane-les-Alpilles, Provence, France. Une Olive en Provence products sold in Malaysia are wholly imported from France and not repackaged or reformulated in Malaysia.
What makes Une Olive en Provence different from other natural cosmetic brands?
Une Olive en Provence originated from an almost 300-year-old oil mill, Mas des Barres located in Maussane-les-Alpilles. We promise only to use Extra Virgin Olive Oil, which is the finest quality for olive oil. Besides that, our oil mill is also awarded with the Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée (A.O.C). The A.O.C. is a geographical indication certifying that everything, from the raw material to the processing and the final product, comes from clearly defined and reliable region or origin with excellent quality.
Are Une Olive en Provence products parabens and phenoxyethanols free?
Absolutely yes. All our products are parabens and phenoxyethanols free. They are also produced without ingredients of animal origin and not tested on animals.
Are Une Olive en Provence products suitable for sensitive skin?
Definitely. We have been helping with problematic and sensitive skin for more than 10 years with our finest homegrown olive ingredients.
How long does your products lasts?
Expiry dates are as indicated on our products.

How do I pay for my order?
Une Olive en Provence Malaysia accepts major credit/debit cards such as Visa and Mastercard. We also accept online bank transfer via secured payment gateway iPay88. If you wish to pay by offline bank transfer (at the ATM machines), please kindly choose 'Direct Bank Transfer' option at the payment page. Instruction for payment will be shown after the order is placed.
Can I change my personal details/shipping particulars after I placed my order?

Delivery & Shipping
What is the delivery policy?
All orders are delivered via Poslaju and will require a signature upon delivery. Normally, we will take 2 working days to process the order and deliver it to you right after. A tracking number will be sent to the email provided. Estimated delivery lead times are as follows-
2 to 5 working days to Peninsular Malaysia
5 to 7 working days to East Malaysia.
How much is the shipping cost?
RM8 per order and FREE for orders of above RM250.
RM45 per order and FREE for orders of above RM600.
How do I add a discount code?
When you place your order, you will see a Discount Code box on the Check Out page, below the order summary. Please enter your discount code and click "Apply", the discount code will be applied and reflected immediately in your order total. We are sorry that we are unable to apply any discount codes after the order has been processed. Only one discount code can be used per purchase.
Do you give bulk purchase discounts?
Yes, of course. For orders with more than 12 units per item, please kindly contact us via email@example.com before placing your order.
Can we order Une Olive en Provence products as wedding/event door gifts?
