At Une Olive en Provence, your satisfaction is our top priority. In the rare event that if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we now offer a “30 Days Satisfaction Guarantee” for all online orders made via our official store (www.uneolive.com.my)
I have changed my mind
(For unopened, resalable products)
Full refunds will be offered within the next 45 days.
I don’t really like the products
(For opened, non-resalable products)
Full refunds via store credits will be offered within the next 45 days.
Contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days from the date you receive the product to initiate an online purchase return & refund. The customer is responsible for the delivery cost of returning the product.
Terms & Conditions
1. Une Olive en Provence Malaysia reserves the right to amend the policy at any time without prior notice.
2. Une Olive en Provence Malaysia reserves the right of final decision if the product returned is in unsatisfactory condition, or the above terms are not met.
3. Products purchased fully/partially with refunded store credits are not allowed to be returned for cash refunds.
4. The “30 Days Satisfaction Guarantee” is now available for orders placed via www.uneolive.com.my and orders with full payment made upon order only.
